Package #1 - BUSINESS IDENTITY

• LOGO DESIGN:  Your business logo should be one that others remember, one that stands out above your competitors. A customized logo for your business helps elevate your visibility by giving you a professional look and making you memorable to others.

• STATIONERY:  Your business stationery package includes business card, letterhead and envelope. When properly designed with a consistent style, your office stationery conveys that you are professional, credible and trustworthy. All designs within your stationery package include your business’ logo, color scheme and contact information.

• BROCHURE:  A professionally designed brochure not only relays information, but appeals to the thoughts and emotions of your audience and focuses on the strengths and services of your business. A quality brochure is a versatile communication tool that may be used in a variety of ways: generate referrals, office display, direct mail, and distribution at client meetings, conferences, trade shows and networking events.

• WEBSITE DESIGN:  Today, a website is one of the first stops made by a prospect to gather information on businesses that interest them. Package #2 - CLIENT ACQUISITION & RETENTION

• INFORMATION PACKET:  Provide your clients and prospects with a custom-designed packet that familiarizes them with the services or products you provide. Your packet includes the following items that we will design: a pocket folder to enclose a warm welcome letter, stationery, business card, and business brochure. You may choose to present the packet at a consultation, client meeting or send it by mail.

• ADVERTISEMENTS:  Advertising creates new ways to market your business and services. The style in which your services are portrayed is an important reflection of your business and your identity. By utilizing advertisements, (whether newspaper, magazine, Yellow Pages, billboard or online), businesses can stand out from competitors and reach a wider audience. (Package includes two advertisements, print or web.)

• DIRECT MAIL:  An custom-designed direct mail piece, such as a postcard, can ensure that your business’s marketing reaches your target audience more effectively. Direct mail marketing can be very targeted and can achieve higher response rates by personalizing messages. (Package includes one postcard or folded mail piece.)

• SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION:  Basic search engine optimization (S.E.O.) is the process of editing the “behind-the-scenes” HTML language of your website with keyword-rich content that can result in higher rankings within the major search engines. This process, when done in accordance with the rules and regulations of major search engines (Google & Yahoo), can legitimately increase traffic to your website and give it higher priority listing in web searches. Package #3 - CLIENT ACQUISITION & RETENTION

• PROFITABLE CLIENT PROFILE:  We start by helping you determine your most Profitable Client Profile (PCP). We then analyze your current client portfolio, and plan ways to rebalance it over time by finding and attracting more of your Profitable Client Profiles.

• IDENTIFICATION OF PCP POOLS:  By using demographic information, geospatial analysis and drive time scenarios, we help you determine where your PCPs are likely to reside, and which of those target areas your business should prioritize.

• COMMUNICATION PLAN & MIX:  Knowing where your PCPs are is only half the battle. We will determine what these future clients want to know and how they want to hear it. In other words, we establish the most cost effective options to best reach the PCP in a way that will motivate them to become clients.
